Each purchase comes with a convenient 2 day return and 7 day exchange policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are given 2 days to make the return in exchange for store credit which will be valid for 3 months only, except for custom orders and sale items which cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of a damaged product, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

Please note that all orders are final and binding and no request for cancellation will be entertained on prepaid orders

The Product to be returned or exchanged should be accompanied by:
· Original packaging in sellable/unused condition with no scratches, wear and damage or alteration.
· Certificate (If Any)
· Invoice copy of the product

When you receive the package, please record a video of the unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g damaged product/ product is missing/ received wrong product and submit it with the return claim. 


The return/exchange will be processed only once we have received the product and it has been inspected by our Quality Assurance Department

The decision by the Quality Assurance Department shall be final and binding for all returns and exchanges.

Please note that in case of any return/exchange the product is to be self shipped by the customer

In case of exchange, if the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer shall pay the difference.
In case of exchange, if the exchange value is lower than the value of the old product, the remaining amount or balance will only be available as store credit.
We do not offer any refunds through the original source of payment, and only offer store credit.
